Mediator and Arbitrator, JAMS Boston Office Other When selected by the disputing parties I serve as a mediator or arbitrator for a range of disputes including construction, employment, business and insurance. In mediation I assist the parties to find a mutually agreeable solution and in arbitration I make findings that are subject to limited judicial review. February 2012 - ongoing
