Trump, No. 1:17-cv-01597 (D.D.C.). The case involves a constitutional challenge to the Department of Defense policy barring open military service by transgender individuals. I previously represented the same parties in the same matter during my time in private practice. March 2019 - June 2021
Respondents in Trump v. NAACP Counsel I am serving as co-counsel for some respondents in the consolidated case of Trump v. NAACP (No. 18-588, U.S. Sup. Ct.). The case concerns an Administrative Procedure Act challenge to the rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy. I previously represented the same parties in the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia during my time in private practice. July 2019 - June 2020
